Savannah Abercorn location.
It is Sunday so not sure if that has an affect. Sat down waited a bit really slow service then she came by right when we were about ready to call it a night. Ordered drinks really just a beer and an unsweetened tea. Took 5 minutes to get the tea she dint put ice in it so it was warm on a hot day it wasn't worth drinking. It still took another 20 to get the beer. We then ordered again it took a while. Our childs meal came out about 15 minutes before ours and we figured it was planed that way but I am not so sure now. My steak and remember this is a $25.00 steak was half fat and raw I ordered medium rare. We didn't get the salads either. The sides were wrong as well. When we told her all She did was blamed the runners, if she would have been more attentive to the table she would have noticed. Anyway back to the steak, we told the server that it would be best to get another cut since this one was all fat also it would be great to have it cooked right. Another 15 goes by and sure enough they bring the same steak out. Not sure why it took 15 minutes to get the same steak back .
The only saving grace was the manager could have been a jerk but wasn't.
This is not a steak house by any real measure and if I am right and I believe that I am. They are probably losing money at this location. Either way please better train or just close.
Crappy service. -

Decided to stop in at my favorite steakhouse and splurge after a day of shopping. Only 1 other customer was in the takeout section. The waitress took our orders and advised a 15 minute wait, which was expected. To the other customer (senior white male), the waitress offered a complimentary drink while waiting and he accepted a cherry coke. To me she never acknowledged until my order was ready. I'm a senior black female. Steak was ok and this is the nasty salad i got. I had not been here for 6 months and i won't ever go back to this location.

I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. It is very evident that the carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. I initially thought they may have used a bad mop head in the bar area but the mildew odor is prevalent throughout the restaurant. I have never been to a Longhorn with this issue or any restaurant of this level to have smelled carpet this repugnant. On top of that there is just something not right about this Longhorn location, it almost felt like I wasn't in a Longhorn.
As for the food much was left to be desired. What really though could I have expected though? If the restaurant does not keep their floors clean why would I expect the food be any better.
I ordered salad with extra ranch, appetizer wings, and ribs.
Salad came out without extra ranch, wings came out dry and flavorless, ribs were the only thing that was edible.
I travel to Savannah frequently for business so I will stay with Texas Roadhouse going forward. Stay away from this location.
